"First off,  on behalf of my family, I wanted to take a few moments of your time of sincerely thank you for everything you have done.  I will start by telling a little story.

We started by putting out home on the market in January 2007.  It was our dream home that we built and were very much attached to it.  The first fifteen months or so we used two different realtors from well known conmpanies.  Their initial attitude was nothing short of false representation.  My family's hopes were quickly fading by their lack of involvement and communication.  We honestly felt we were intruding upon them for asking how things were going.  Sometimes we would go months without a returned phone call or explanation.  As you know we live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and were very much dependent on strong communication with our realtor.  Furthermore, I am a former veteran and cannot purchase another home until my current one is sold.  This fact left my family in permanent limbo.

Later in 2008, we hit the lottery by finding a realtor that does what she says she is going to do.   Our miracle had arrived.  We contracted with Mrs. Sandy Soto and immediately felt comfortable with our decision.  She was excellent in keeping us updated and coming up with new ideas to sell our home.  From the get-go, we knew we had found our answer.  She was nothing like the other realtors we had poor experiences with, she was spectacular.

Mrs. Soto was excellent in talking to us.  We would communicate in some form or fashion at least a few times a week.  She worked tirelessly for my family.  If it meant she needed to sacrifice something for the well being of my family, she did so without hesitation.

We found a buyer and finally closed on July 29, 2008.  My family is now free from making two house payments (mortgage and rent) in two different states.  I know the market was not at its best during this time, but Mrs Soto never made excuses.  She sold our home for a fair market price and now my family can move on.

The whole point of this story is twofold: 1) I want as many people out there in similar situations in the Dallas area to know that there is a realtor out there that you can put your trust in; someone that is honest, knowledgeable of market conditions, skilled in her craft, friendly, outgoing and dedicated to her clients.  Her greatest traits are accountability and communication. 2) to thank her.
